Terms and Conditions

Saoi Tutoring provides online lessons in the subjects and year levels selected at enrolment. Package prices and lesson quantities are shown before payment. Stripe handles card payments securely. Packages do not renew automatically unless clearly stated and separately agreed.

We match learners with suitable tutors and agree lesson times after booking. Preferred days and times are requests, not guaranteed appointments. If we cannot arrange suitable tutoring, we will offer an alternative or refund lessons we cannot deliver.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson. We will normally rearrange it without charge. Lessons missed or cancelled with less notice may count as used, subject to fairness, exceptional circumstances and your legal rights. If a tutor cancels or we cannot deliver a lesson, we will rearrange it or provide an appropriate refund.

Eligible consumers who buy online generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. To cancel, email hello@saoitutoring.com with your booking details and a clear cancellation request. If you expressly request lessons to begin during this period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for lessons already delivered. Fully performed services may be subject to statutory exceptions only where the required prior consent and acknowledgements have been obtained.

We will provide refunds required by law within the applicable time limits. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

A parent or guardian must authorise tutoring for learners under 18. Learners need a suitable device, internet connection and appropriate learning environment. Everyone must behave respectfully and use authorised classroom and communication channels. Recording, sharing classroom links or publishing other participants' content without permission is prohibited. Report safeguarding concerns promptly.

Tutors will support learners' progress, but specific grades or examination results cannot be guaranteed. Teaching resources are provided for the learner's personal educational use and must not be redistributed commercially without permission.

We use student and contact details to arrange and deliver tutoring and meet legal duties. Card details are processed by Stripe. See our separate Privacy Policy for information about your data rights. Optional marketing requires a separate choice.
